Township Engineer Cindy VanHise told the board that Road Program bid documents have been prepared, uploaded to PennBid and advertised on March 20, with a repeat advertisement scheduled for March 25. She said repair contract bids are scheduled to open April 9 with an estimated award date of April 14, and maintenance contract bids will open April 29 with an estimated award on May 12.
