Solicitor Vicki Kushto presented minor changes and several policy decisions to the proposed wireless communications facility ordinance, and the board discussed permitting approach and safeguards. The board recommended that towers be permitted by conditional use (not special exception), that a removal bond be set by the Township Engineer at the time of dismantling, and that day-to-day reporting go to the Zoning Officer with Manager notification in critical situations; authorization to advertise was approved provided Engineer Cindy VanHise finds no conflicts in setbacks on the allowed parcels.
