At the conclusion of business on Oct. 1, 2025, Council member Walter Chase moved to close the workshop at 5:50 p.m.; Council member Rose Potter seconded the motion, and the motion was recorded as unanimously approved. Present at the time were President Newnam and council members Brian Schmidt, Michael Sullivan, Rose Potter and Walter Chase.
