Commission sets Sept. 21 meeting start at 6:30 p.m.
After discussion about members' schedules, the commission agreed to a one-meeting compromise start time of 6:30 p.m. for its Sept. 21 meeting; the vote passed unanimously.

Commissioners debated shifting the Sept. 21 meeting from a 7 p.m. start to an earlier time. A motion to move the meeting to 6:00 p.m. was proposed; Commissioner Schmidt suggested a compromise to begin at 6:30 p.m. for that meeting to accommodate both daytime workers and those who prefer an evening start. The commission adopted the 6:30 p.m. start time by unanimous vote.
