The Beaver County Commission on Aug. 4 authorized signature on Industrial Protection Ordinance 2026-08 to establish an industrial protection area for the Robert's Fertilizer operation. Keven Whicker of the Ag Protection Advisory Board summarized a July 14 public hearing and recommended the ordinance.
