Heath Sexton (speaker 4) asked commissioners to approve the FY27 DCS agreement for SIM software subject to county attorney review and for the chairman and administrator to sign after any revisions. Sexton said the county attorney had reviewed the contract and returned concerns that Sexton planned to present to DCS for revision before final approval.
