EGLE says bulk file download paused while records backlog is digitized; interactive map available
EGLE told CARD it is preparing a bulk download request response but must finish scanning backlog materials first; the agency said an interactive map exists for public use and EGLE anticipates a final residential well sampling report for 2026.

Chris Svoboda, project manager in EGLE's RRD Jackson district, said EGLE is working to complete a digitization effort before producing a one-time bulk download of files that CARD requested. "Our information management section has not finished the scanning," Svoboda said, adding EGLE does not want to provide incomplete information until paper files are scanned and processed.
