Board gives conditional preliminary approval to revised site plan pending DEP comments
Supervisors voted to grant preliminary plan approval conditioned on addressing DEP/technical review comments and adding additional landscape screening requested by the planning commission.

The board reviewed a revised site and landscape plan and heard from the applicant's representative that the planning commission's primary request was additional shrubbery to screen the parking area. The presenter told the board the project had admin completeness but was still awaiting a technical review from DEP and the applicant did not yet have an NPDES (or equivalent) permit.
