The court approved an agreement to purchase two online human-resources software modules from NeoGov — Insight (applicant tracking) and Onboard (onboarding) — through the Sourcewell cooperative purchasing contract. The first-year cost including setup fees is $9,809.25; the total contract value over the 4–5 year term is $112,386.45, with annual billing and a cancellation provision allowing the county to cancel future years with 30 days' written notice if funding is not available.
