At a special meeting on Aug. 20 the Capital Projects Committee moved, seconded and voted unanimously to recommend to the Select Board that the town award contracts for Phase 1 piping and pump stations and hold the salt-shed award pending funding. The CPC motion was recorded as "Motion by Peter. 2nd by Steve."
