City reports FBO hangar finished, riverfront and JES projects progressing
Staff told the authority the FBO hangar is complete after an August ribbon-cutting, the riverfront project is on track for November completion with first rentals in December/January and 8 of 22 units under letters of intent, and the JES project has staged slab pours and framing scheduled through November.

Staff provided a roundup of active capital projects: the FBO hangar is complete, the wall near the Cosmo JAS development has been stabilized and fenced, the JES project has one building framed while other slabs are scheduled through October and framing into November, and the riverfront project is on schedule for a November finish with initial rentals expected Dec. 1 and Jan. 1.
