Lee County tentatively adopts small increase for library millage
The board adopted a tentative Lee County Library millage of 0.4218 mills per $1,000 taxable value, a 0.69% increase from the rollback rate, and moved to adopt the library's tentative FY26–27 budget.

The Board of County Commissioners moved and adopted the tentative Lee County Library millage and the tentative Library budget for fiscal year 2026–27. Assistant County Manager/CFO (S5) read the proposed library millage and compared it to the rollback rate during the county budget presentation.
