Board Chair opened the Plattekill Zoning Board of Appeals meeting and reported that several members were excused (Chris Mercier, Judy Loescher and Rob Egan), leaving one vacancy and no quorum. The chair told the room the public hearing would remain open for comment but that the board could not take votes without a quorum.
