Manager Hunter L. Ahrens told the council that Systems Design Engineering would be contracted to design and prepare bid specifications to allow the municipal garage project to move to bidding in 2025. Thomas Baer moved to authorize Systems Design Engineering to develop the bid specifications; Troy Goodman seconded and the council approved the motion unanimously.
