The Elbridge Town Board voted 5-0 on May 8, 2025, to adopt Local Law No. 2025-2, which amends Chapter 240 of the Town Code ("Subdivision of Land") to alter final-plat filing procedures. The motion passed with five ayes recorded: Blumer, Richardson, Platten, Farrugia and Caron. The Board directed the Town Clerk to file the local law with the New York State Secretary of State within 20 days.
