The Vineyard Redevelopment Agency voted to create a subcommittee to review chapter 5 of an independent auditor's supplemental observations, the board announced during an 8:35 a.m. meeting. The motion to form the panel was moved by Parker and seconded by the mayor; the board approved the measure by voice vote.
