Staff: $1.9 million riverfront engineering contract covered by state CIF grant

Christine Marks, the city’s economic development director, told the committee the city expects to advance contracts for riverfront environmental professional and engineering services with an estimated value of approximately $1,900,000. She said all funding for the work will come from a state CIF grant and that the city now has the grant funds in hand to proceed to the next steps.
