The Noble County board voted to select candidate number 2 as its preferred choice for the Emergency Management Agency director after interviewing three finalists in an executive session. Committee member recommended the candidate and the Chair called for and recorded the vote. "And, my recommendation is candidate number 2," the Committee member said, and the Chair then called, "All those in favor, say aye." Two "aye" responses followed and the Chair said the motion carried.
