Cornelius staff preview Transportation System Plan amendment, 230-unit subdivision and multi-year Housing Needs Analysis update
Community Development Director Barbara Fryer told the PIAB that the March 2 council agenda will include a Transportation System Plan amendment (moving a collector designation to 345th and annexing a right-of-way), a Feb. 24 Planning Commission hearing will consider a 230-unit subdivision, and the Housing Needs Analysis must be completed within two years per state law.
