Commissioners amend Sept. 1 minutes to note Dayspring hire effective date
After a member raised that the Sept. 1 minutes omitted the effective date for a hire at Dayspring, commissioners moved to amend the minutes to record Sept. 16 as the effective date and approved the amendment by roll call.

A commissioner (Speaker 5) told the board they were not present for the Sept. 1 meeting and noticed the minutes did not list an effective date for a Dayspring hire. "I wasn't here, but being the minutes to make sure I was caught up, where we talk about making a motion to hire someone at Dayspring, I noticed it doesn't have an effective date," the commissioner said.
