The Franklin County Legislature approved Resolution No. 206 to amend the 2026 highway CHIPS budget, decreasing two CHIPS and County Route 23 lines by $275,000 and $375,000 respectively and increasing the County Route 33 appropriation by $650,000. The change reallocates existing CHIPS and route funds to support County Route 33 work.
