Commissioners moved to approve prior meeting minutes, payroll and claims, and to sign executive-session minutes where appropriate; each motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The board also approved a request from Susie Barlow for no-cost use of the fairgrounds community building for a purse-event planned next April on the condition the group cleans the facility after the event.
