In a foremen meeting opened at 7:17 a.m., Commissioner Jim Gwennap informed blade, truck and foreman staff that the board will provide a wage increase and a phone stipend to recognize additional duties. Gwennap confirmed that Travis Story will remain a part-time employee and will continue work on the Kansas Infrastructure Hub grant.
