Commissioner Kurt Ifland moved and Commissioner Brady Peterson seconded a motion to accept Ron Griffith's resignation from the PBC board; the motion carried unanimously. The board then moved to appoint Tim Wilson to the PBC board; that motion also carried unanimously.
