Council reallocates development duties from Code Enforcement to City Manager

Chief Cameron Ray recommended that development-related duties currently housed in Code Enforcement be reallocated to the City Manager because the responsibilities "fall within his duties," according to the minutes. Council member Darren Turley moved to reassign the duties to the City Manager; the motion was approved unanimously.
