Building Official Javier Pena told the Commission that TextMyGov permitting software, previously approved, is in the implementation phase with both virtual and hands-on trainings scheduled. Pena said the software "should happen around March 15th" for go-live and reminded the Commission no payment has been made to date; the first payment will be due after the system goes live.
