Board upholds Level 2 ruling, denies Level 3 parent grievance
After a closed Level 3 hearing, the Waxahachie ISD Board of Trustees voted 7-0 to deny a Level Three parent grievance appeal and uphold the Level Two decision, taking the matter off the board agenda without further action.

The Waxahachie Independent School District Board of Trustees reconvened from closed session on Dec. 15 and voted 7-0 to deny a Level Three parent grievance appeal, upholding the earlier Level Two decision. Trustee Judd McCutchen moved to deny the appeal; Trustee Debbie Timmermann seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
