The Morgan County Board of Commissioners approved the 2025 fee schedule on Jan. 14 after department heads reviewed proposed increases. Mindi Cloyd, Administrative Services Manager, presented the schedule; Planning & Zoning Director Nicole Hay, Building Permitting representative Troy Black, Environmental Director Cass Yearous, and Treasurer/Public Trustee Bob Sagel answered questions.
