The Morgan County Board of Commissioners set the E911 emergency-telephone service charge at $2.12 per phone number per month for 2025, following statute C.R.S. 29-11-103(3)(a). Commissioner Kelvin Bernhardt moved to establish the rate; Commissioner Tim Malone seconded and the motion passed 3–0.
