CR #15 reconstruction progressing; east side expected open by Sept. 14
Union County Highway reported progress on multiple road projects: a box culvert was poured and the CR #15 reconstruction saw phased paving Aug. 20–28 with an east-side opening targeted for Sept. 14, 2026 and project completion by end of September.

Executive Secretary Langley updated the board on ongoing highway work, reporting that the box culvert for project 64-060-137 has been poured and will move to backfill once the concrete reaches required strength. The contractor is awaiting Alliance to relocate a fiber line before work on the diversion channel for project 64-080-034 can proceed and the existing bridge be removed.
