Henrietta board approves multiple routine resolutions, solar project extension, and Dome promoter LOI
At its Sept. 3 meeting the board ratified routine bills and agreements, extended the BW Solar special use permit (anticipating transfer to Greenspark), authorized a Dome Arena promoter letter of intent, accepted a letter of credit for Lehigh Ridge, and approved numerous equipment purchases and appointments.
