Clerk Ashley Maxwell raised the need to communicate with department heads about a proposed No Smoking Policy. Commissioner Kurt Ifland moved to approve the policy, Commissioner Brady Peterson seconded, and the board recorded the policy as effective Dec. 1, 2025; the motion carried unanimously.
