Brett Wagner, CDBG administrator on contract with the county, told commissioners the Sail Away sewer project needs an additional 3.5 months to complete because of a supply-chain delay for a manufactured component. The project has already been extended three times, and Wagner said the engineer recommended one more extension to complete work.
