Board directs engineer oversight after TDS expands utility extension plan
Village President McLimans reported TDS Telecom expanded its proposed utility extension to cover much of the village; the board affirmed Delta 3 Engineering’s seven conditions — including 5‑foot clearances from sanitary structures and pre/post televised sewer inspections — and directed staff and Delta 3 to monitor and enforce requirements.

Village President Robert McLimans updated the board that TDS Telecom has “significantly expanded the scope of their proposed installation plan,” now encompassing multiple permit packages (plans 4, 5 and 6) and extending work from the alley beyond First Street out to Fairground Road past the fairgrounds. He said plan 4 remained pending and plan 6 was approximately 10 pages in length.
