Hamilton County approved a cell-phone reimbursement authorization form intended to give department heads guidance for deciding whether employee cellphone use merits a county reimbursement. The form was developed with the HR attorney and presented to the board on March 11; after a motion and second the board voted to approve it for the upcoming fiscal year.
