The Vernal City Council approved a contract with Sunrise Engineering for a 500 South intersection study funded through a UDOT technical assistance planning grant. Public Works Director Keith Despain said the $63,809.65 contract will move the City into preliminary engineering and produce recommendations and concept plans but will not include construction engineering.
