Liberty Tech access road nearly complete; Town to draft MOU for usage

Town Manager M. Ungaro reported the Liberty Tech access road is 99% complete and will be operational when school reconvenes from fall break. Ungaro said directional signs had been ordered from the County for the Highway 85 Connector entrance and that Liberty Tech will install a small storage building near the well pump to house traffic cones and signage.
