Staff recommended contracting with Chico State Enterprises / the North State Planning and Development Collective (NSPDC) to provide a hosted GIS service with public-facing and internal portals. The presentation said the vendor already maintains regional data and that the proposed contract will allow the city to access layers for zoning, water and wastewater infrastructure, hydrants and developer-facing information.
