The Downingtown Borough Council on Aug. 5 approved routine financial and administrative items, including expenditures for the period ending July 31, 2026, and a series of consent motions that passed without discussion. Councilor Rakoff moved to approve the expenditures; Councilor Brigance seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
