Councilman Danny Robbins asked whether there was support to instruct staff to develop a budget that would hold a partial rollback while identifying line items to cut. "I would just like to get an idea if council would be interested or if there's any support to instruct staff to hold the partial rollback for now because we can only go down, right, and bring back a budget to reduce possibly a silo with road subsidies," Robbins said.
