Commissioners approved a utility and reimbursement agreement that places responsibility for future relocations on Edwardsville Water Company if the waterline is relocated within the newly acquired right‑of‑way for the Corydon Ridge Road project.

County Engineer Kevin Russel presented a utility and reimbursement agreement with Edwardsville Water Company tied to the Corydon Ridge Road reconstruction. Mr. Russel explained that if the county allows the water line to be relocated within the newly acquired right‑of‑way, future relocation costs would be the utility's responsibility; if the line remains on private easement outside the right‑of‑way, the county might incur relocation costs. Commissioners approved and signed the agreement unanimously.
