Judge Danielle Johnson described an eight-year effort to site a Justice Center that would house the Justice Court, the District Attorney's Office and the Sheriff's Office, and asked commissioners to authorize improvements to county land between 4th/Crook/5th and Myers (by the library). "I don't have to ask you guys if I can build a building or not because the funds for the justice work part of the building," Judge Johnson said, explaining court-side funding capacity.
