Commissioners approve Shaw Engineering amendment for Silver Peak permanent repair
The board approved an amendment adding bidding and construction-support services to the Shaw Engineering contract for the Silver Peak permanent repair project (Federal Project ER-0267-(342) / NDOT Project 50707).

Carl Shrider, Esmeralda County Road Department supervisor, described an amendment to Shaw Engineering's existing agreement to add Task 4 (Bidding Phase) and Task 5 (Construction Support/Management) for the Silver Peak permanent repair project tied to Federal Project No. ER-0267-(342) and NDOT Project No. 50707. "This is just an additional service to be performed by Engineer that is for project Esmeralda County Silver Peak Permanent Repair," Shrider said.
