BPAC forms subgroups; Spring Bike Bus planned for first three Fridays in May

Committee members reported on new BPAC subgroups. Evie Hemphill said the Education & Safety subgroup plans a Spring Bike Bus on the first three Fridays in May. Colin Gibbons' Policy & Infrastructure subgroup will investigate IDOT requirements to strengthen the committee's presence at PSC meetings. Bryan Frost's Community Engagement subgroup discussed meeting with Musonda Kapatmoyo and a Rotary offer to approve up to three collaborative events with budgets up to $300 per event.
