Henry County officials preview May agenda, including similar access and setback variance cases

During other business at the April Henry County meeting, staff said the May docket will likely include a similar access request and a setback variance. Staff (Tom) said the access item involves a lot that was once part of a subdivision and was later merged into another parcel; he said, "So they're gonna have to provide access across the parents' front yard to get to the usable lot."
