The Monticello City Council approved three related resolutions allowing the Twin Pines First Addition, a 96-unit multifamily project by Brick by Brick Development, after removing the item from consent for separate discussion. The Monticello City Council voted to approve three resolutions authorizing the Twin Pines First Addition, a 96-unit multifamily development by Brick by Brick Development. Mayor Lloyd Hilgart moved to adopt Resolutions 2026-08 (Preliminary and Final Plat and Development Contract), 2026-09 (Final Stage Planned Unit Development), and 2026-10 (amendment to Conditional Use Permit); Councilmember Kip Christianson seconded. The motion passed 4–1; Councilmember Charlotte Gabler cast the lone dissent.
