Commissioners authorize travel and training requests for multiple county employees
Under Ohio Revised Code Section 325.20, Fayette County commissioners approved travel and training expenses for HR, Treasurer, Auditor staff and several Dept. of Job & Family Services employees; some emergency travel reimbursements were recorded.

The board approved multiple travel and training expense requests at the Aug. 24 meeting, authorizing charges to the appropriate funds under Ohio Revised Code Section 325.20. Requests included Carla Melvin (Human Resources) to attend HFC Safety Council meetings and Penny Patton (Treasurer) and Brenda Mossbarger (Auditor) to attend ADAMH meetings; the recorded not-to-exceed amounts were $79.20, $36.12 and $35.00 respectively.
