Planning staff updated the commission on the comprehensive plan reconfirmation and an associated full code analysis of chapter 16. The design team is drafting the comp plan and staff said most of the material has been internally reviewed; staff plans to present the draft to the commission for edits prior to anticipated approvals in September or October.
