Engineer updates council on AMD phases, Chub Run and Phase IV progress
The town engineer told the council Phase 1 AMD pay-application comments are nearly finished and expected to be drawn down in September; Phase 2 has 20 of 34 ROWs and awaits environmental clearance; Chub Run remains on hold with a potential Oct. 1 start and Phase IV waits DEP clearance for Sandy's hardware forcemain work.

The town engineer provided a project-by-project status report Aug. 26 covering multiple capital efforts. Phase 1 AMD is finishing pay-application comments and is expected to be ready for a drawdown at the September meeting. For Phase 2 AMD the engineer said 20 of 34 rights-of-way (ROWs) are in hand, and an environmental assessment clearance from OSM is pending; the engineer estimated an out-to-bid timeline by the end of the year. "20/34 ROW’s in hand" was recorded in the engineer's report as a current status point.
