The Town of Nutter Fort council approved Thrasher Engineering Task Order #7 for Nutter Run water-line permitting during its Aug. 26 meeting. Councilor Charlene Louk moved to approve the task order; Councilor Sam Maxson seconded. A roll call recorded all councilors voting yes and the motion passed unanimously; the recorder was noted as absent.
